On March 14, 2019, the National Child Support Noncustodial Parent Employment Demonstration (CSPED) released the CSPED impact report, which contains the main evaluation results. This technical supplement to the impact report provides additional detail about the research design and analytic methods; the variables used to assess the types of services received by participants; descriptions of variables used to measure impacts. The technical supplement also includes additional impact results.
